Wholesale Policy
Wholesale orders are intended for resale and are subject to stricter return conditions than retail purchases. For this reason, we recommend reviewing all product details, sizing, and quantities carefully before placing your order.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements or that show signs of wear, use, or damage not caused by us. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is approved due to our error.
Terms and Conditions
These Terms govern all wholesale purchases from Isla Brown. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update them; continued use constitutes acceptance.
Orders and Pricing
All prices are in AUD, exclusive of shipping (calculated at checkout). Minimum order value: $300 AUD. Orders are confirmed upon full payment via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
Prices include duties/taxes (DDP to USA). All sales are final unless items are faulty/damaged.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upfront.
Shipping & Delivery
Dispatched within 2-4 business day from Brisbane, Australia. Aus to USA: 3–7 business days via express courier. Tracking provided post-dispatch.
Risk transfers on delivery. Delays from carriers/customs are not our liability. Buyer pays shipping; duties included in price.
Returns and Faulty Items
Wholesale: Final sale except faulty/incorrect items (report within 7 days with photos). No change-of-mind returns. Approved claims: replacement/credit at our discretion. Shipping non-refundable.
Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and branding are our property. Wholesale buyers may resell products but not reproduce, modify, or use trademarks without written consent.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, or issues beyond our control (e.g., carrier delays). Liability capped at order value.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Queensland, Australia law. Disputes resolved in Brisbane courts.
Wholesale Account
Approval required. Active stockists only; inactive accounts may be reviewed. Resale-only: No personal use.
