Shipping
We offer fast and reliable shipping from Australia to the USA and selected international destinations. All orders are processed within 2-4 business day, excluding weekends, public holidays, and peak sale periods.
Orders shipping to the USA are sent via express international courier services, with delivery generally estimated at 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the shipping option selected and customs processing times. Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by customs delays, weather events, or carrier disruptions.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your parcel’s progress. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates once the parcel has been handed to the carrier.
For international orders to the USA, All orders are DDP (duties & taxes included). Shipping calculated at checkout based on weight/location.
USA Orders
USA customers can shop with confidence knowing their order is shipped from Australia using a tracked international service. Express shipping is recommended for wholesale orders and time-sensitive deliveries, as it offers faster transit and end-to-end tracking.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, including business names, suite numbers, and postcode details where applicable. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
If a parcel is refused, uncollected, or returned due to failed delivery, any additional shipping charges or reshipment fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
Returns
Due to the nature of wholesale purchasing, all wholesale orders are considered final sale unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. We do not accept change-of-mind returns, cancellations after dispatch, or returns for items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Any issue with a delivered item must be reported within 7 days of receipt, along with your order number and clear photos of the fault or incorrect item. Claims made outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
Approved faulty or incorrect items may be eligible for replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion. Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
